Soledoutcali Return Policy (No Refunds or Exchanges)

Soledoutcali does not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

However, customers may request a buyback evaluation, where we may purchase the item back from you.

This is not a return — it is treated the same as if you were selling an item to our store.

Buyback Terms

  • A buyback is not guaranteed.

  • The price offered will not match the original purchase price.

  • The offer is based entirely on:

    • Current market value

    • Condition of the item

    • Demand for the product

    • Authenticity verification

     

  • Buyback evaluations are handled at our discretion, and we reserve the right to decline any submission.

Damages or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue.

This does not qualify you for a refund or exchange, but we will make sure the issue is properly addressed.

Non-Buyback Items

We do not accept buyback requests for the following:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for buyback

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you still have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days.

However, per our policy, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

You may request a buyback evaluation only, subject to the conditions above.

Buyback Processing

If approved, we will send instructions for shipping the item to us.

After verifying condition and authenticity, we will provide a cash or store-credit offer.

If you decline the offer, the item can be shipped back at your expense.
